Following on from the success of the ‘Eat Them to Defeat Them’ campaign, Lambeth Council provided a whole day of cookery lessons for KS2 classes.
Classes were taught by a leading food educator and award-winning children’s cookbook author Amanda Grant, who has significant experience in delivering accessible cookery lessons for school children.
The children loved making, and eating, their ‘vamosas’!
